I lost my ID and birth certificate like a dumbass and now all I have is my social security card. How the fuck do I get a new birth certificate if I need an ID to get one while I need a birth certificate to get an ID?

You can have your parents request a birth certificate on your behalf. Then you can work you're way from there.
