>going out of her way to initiate conversations
She does that now that we are closer
>asking to spend time with you
Never happened
>trying to arrange things for both of you
Not really
>generally being happy around you
Depends. She looks genuinely happy when she comes talk to me or I go talk to her or when we are doing something together. However, and answering >>34301071, she's excited like this when talking to most of her friends and she seems actually uncomfortable whenever I look in her direction if we aren't interacting.
It didn't use to be like this. We used to exchange quick glances back when we weren't talking yet. One day I got embarassed and started to avoid making eye contact with her. I assume she started avoiding me too. Then I decided to talk to her for the first time. She seemed eager to talk to me, happy, prolonging the conversation and staring deeply at my face as if giving absolute attention to whatever I have to say. Later I noticed that she does that sometimes to other people. Now we are a little closer, talk to each other, but if we aren't talking she avoids my eyes like they are laser beams. Whenever she notices she's in my field of vision she gets awkward. But when we are talking it's suddenly like I don't make her uncomfortable at all. One moment she is nervous, not wanting to be seen by me, in the next moment she's smiling and talking to me.

>If it's at work? Don't fucking do it, no matter how much she flirts.
No clue why this fucktard advice is always repeated, work is one of the prime spots to meet partners. It does hinge on your ability to not make it akwkward if she rejects you, and to make sure it doesn't end in drama.
And if it does, who gives a fuck, a jobs a dime a dozen.
