Recently I have lost the capability to feel stress. I had diminished capability to feel positive emotions for a while but now I don't even feel much of anything negative either beyond mild inconvenience.
How do I feel things again? At least negative. I miss the feeling of being stressed, smoking a fag and then feeling calmed and such. Smoking isn't even fun anymore. Drinking just feels like a chore too.
I'm 23 and I work minimal wage job and study at university (barely nowadays)
