>apply to EMEA roles at US companies
>pure cost-center roles
>pay ceiling low
>transfer promises vague or imaginary
>everyone says “just do an internal transfer”
>need to already be inside a US company
>but US companies won’t hire unless already eligible

Anon, what’s the actual viable path left? L-1 via EU branch and force a transfer? O-1 if I stack references and real projects? H-1B still worth gambling on with the new fee? Any US consultancies that actually sponsor without bullshit? Not looking for cope. Looking for a real exit strategy.
