I would say they probably were just inspired by Ultraman and didn't see it as a sexual thing, but their marketing was full of stuff calling it "giantess gacha game" and shit like that. So they probably just saw a niche market that wasn't being catered to and tried to take advantage of it. I guess it's a good thing there's no actual size gacha though because I wouldn't stop rolling. Especially if the affection system tied into getting different CG scenarios with them.

Something like "Jurassic Girls" I think? If I remember right, the goal of the game was to "cure" the girls of their gigantism. The CGs were consistently size-themed, but most of them were deviantart-tier collages. Like you get what they're going for, but they don't really do it very well. The art is pretty mid but I'm a thirsty man in a desert and the route where you corrupt the muscle girl by encouraging her vore and red dot fetishes is epic, except that the moment she hits the tipping point the game basically ends.
Actually my beef with basically the whole game is every route I played is written like a shitty romcom will-they-won't-they manga where the first six events are just awkward flirting with maybe one basic ecchi scene and then the climax is super abrupt and then it's over.
