Some people can psychologically and physically adapt radicals aka going from gymcels carb and proootein diet to raw animal products aka almost equal parts fat and protein and little carb from fruits and milk
For the better part of retards and cattle, you need to psyop them into it slowly brainwash them, and some might have bad physical reactions to immediate change
I dont care to convince everyone or anyone for that matter but if i were to shill a diet id take both approaches but the latter more often tho it leads to having a mixed bag of morons

Because A-jew-anus V&urplantz or whoever was retarded like Liver King trying to psyop people into ass cancer. I cook my meats in acid baths on low heat for a long time and make them 20-30% of my calories because I read real scientific literature on this shit.

Because I eat what I want to get the results I want, and I'm not so desperate to belong to a group that I make a diet, of all things, my entire personality. Your endless proselytizing is just as annoying to me as any vegan, cross fitter or evangelical.

I literally just ate a multi-fruit pancake with oatmeal and wheat germ, when it finishes digesting, I'm going to have a bougier burger than Trump served the U.S. Men's hockey team, kek.

Nice LQGBTI+A, try; but go run some basic internets searches on what foods are good to eat outside of schizo basket weaving forums, you'll see that both raw meats and meat-free diets are not widely recommended, as with excessive or deficient fiber intake.

>Eating dead corpses
I know these threads are being pushed online due to get blood lust for the constant war for Satan.
Also dude in pic advocated for raw food, not just meat, he had whole sections dedicated to fruits, veggies and dairy. Nice try, fag.

I have been eating it for 6+ years now and I would recommend it. For hormonal reasons animal fat seems unbeatable. Some vegetables and fruits are essential to the diet - it's not a meat only diet. Meat is only in the diet to make up for the modern toxic environment.
The true problem is that good organic food is expensive because it's being annihilated by the food industry.

So I'm not opposed to the idea of eating raw meat and I've done it several times before, but its very chewy (unless you eat minced) and the texture is weird and its completely tasteless. Cooked meat just seems superior in all aspects as long as you don't overcook it. I'd still like to get used to eating raw though because it seems convenient when hiking/camping.

If you do it for a while, your body begins to crave it and the smell of cooked meat will make you gag.
I don't eat fully raw, but raw meat is easier on the stomach and so much easier to digest.
There's no post-meal heaviness or tiredness whatsoever. That's how you know it's the way we're meant to do it.
I'll often use spices or a little bit of sauce (mustard, etc.) because raw meat doesn't really taste like much.

Picture related. Cooking makes the meat lose water, which is where the water-soluble vitamins (B) are.
Lack of B vitamins literally shrinks your brain. Cooking can eliminate about 90% of their content.
There's also the destruction of enzymes which prevents autolysis (self-digestion) of the food, which makes it much harder to digest.
The Ugolev experiment proved it like 50 years ago that cooking makes the meat resist stomach acid, whereas raw meat is completely dissolved.
There are plenty of other arguments for it, but those are the main ones. If you want to know more, search for Vonderplanitz's workshops on Youtube.

i eat raw milk with raw liver tartare once a week
the day after i eat lots of fish and cod liver in its own oil
rest of the week I'm pretty much plant based, if not entirely vegan
never felt better
high fat high nutrient density on two days and then rest of the week is high carb high protein and the only fats i consume are very little and if then omega3 rich like raw brain or eggyolks
it's the best diet
i don't eat grains or nuts though, they make me bloat

You can eat raw meat and simultaneously take care of potentially present bacteria (some will argue bacteria isn't harmful, but it's simply not worth taking the risk of getting sick) buy a whole cut of meat, such as a beef steak, and simply sear it on all exterior surface area for like 10 seconds, 95% of the meat will be completely unaffected by heat (thus being raw), and the bacteria will not be a problem.

The elite eat steak tartare, carpaccio, caviar, roe and the slaves proudly eat pesticide infused seed slime sludge slop and wash it down with bitter bean soup before slaving away for the elite for 16 hours a day

You just made that up and will now reply to my post with an emotionally charged statement once you look around for proof and find nothing to back it up. Not even chatgpt will save you this embarassement.

You know digestion happens at all stages from the mouth to the intestines, right? You aren’t extrapolating nonsense based on scenarios not applicable to real life, right?

Beyond that, Pussian frog schizo's results were NOT replicated beyond autolysing pepe the frog; in fact he got it TOTALLY WRONG.

>We found cooking to decrease SDA by 12.7%, grinding to decrease SDA by 12.4%, and the combination of the two (cooking and grinding) to have an additive effect, decreasing SDA by 23.4%. These results support the hypothesis that the consumption of cooked meat provides an energetic benefit over the consumption of raw meat.
Fuck autolytic digestion. I do it exolytic.
