i don't actually know lol, i started at home some 2 months ago with a 12kg kettlebell + 10kg dumbbells and lots of calisthenics. i'm pretty sure my limit is much higher but i'm focusing on high intensity high volume just to get a tone/increase general fitness before i can start going to a gym (moving cities)
i will say though that i generally seem to be heavier on average compared to others even while skinny. i know plenty of people who are slightly shorter or slightly taller and are in better shape but weigh less. my bf is pretty low so i assume it's bone density?

i couldnt even tell you one specific thing. the last time i fucked a chick i was high on 25-i-NBOME and heroin. went to jail got clean, got a job. and never made any new friends so basically my social life was nuked. its almost like i stopped caring when i quit doing drugs and partying. my social life now is surface level at best, i talk to random people i see in stores and shit on the street etc. but i never follow up or seem to give a shit about what happens after a random interaction with a stranger, let alone multiple interactions with the same people i see over and over.
