It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

Well that only covers wrist flexion & extension. You still got radial/ulnar deviation as well as supination & pronation.
>>77116644
So, you do like the other feller said, wrist curls, front and back. Then for every thing else all you need is a some kind heavy bar/mace/stick whatever & a set of grippers.
>what do wit mac/stick/bar/onesided heavy thing
Hold it neutral grip with the weight up on thumb side & away from you and rotate the weight from one side to the other to train pronation. Next neutral grip, weight on thumb side, arm over your head, isolate the wrist and swing like you're trying to put a nail in the ceiling to train ulnar deviation. Finally, neutral grip, weight on thumb side, flick the weight up almost like you're pulling on a fishing rod to train radial deviation.
>how use grippers
Make a noose and hang yourself if you really need this explained. Protip though, flip it upside down. Everyone uses them wrong. The coil should be by your pinky.
>but wadda boot muh digit extension
Meh, get a rubber band, or do iso-holds just using your other damn hand.

and digit flexion/extension, thats what the gripper is for, my bad.
