Have you people never heard of kegels? You basically flex the muscles in your pelvic floor the same way you do when you want to stop taking a piss. Reverse kegels and when you flex it as if you want to start pissing. This isn't dick enlargement stuff like jelqing, stretching etc. There is a ton of literature on it and it's used for various things such as poor erectile function like what OP had, to combat incotinence etc. It's very commonly used by women post birth as well.
The reason OPs dick got "bigger", provided he's telling the truth, is that he had poor circulation and general erectile quality which kegels 100% can help with.

guys we have to fix this:
for almost all my jerking years i could shoot ropes at dangerous distances with considerable ferocity. in the last 5 years that stopped. now my cum just drools. no matter the nofap duration. i believe this is due to my chronic edging that ended up affecting my ejaculations. one doctor said it sounds like a muscle issue without any more details. i believe we can find some stretching routine to fix the pelvic floor of guys like me who no longer ejaculate with force and just drool.

It's a muscle issue. You have to release the muscles and breath properly - the pelvic region moves along with the diaphragm. Once the pelvic region is locked it starts to atrophy and harden... peepee function diminishes.

Exercises are for stretches(youtube search -> "pelvic floor stretch"). Releasing a muscle means putting pressure on specific points where "knots" have formed. Releases needs to be done before the stretch or there's minimal effect or just putting undue stress on the tendons.
