I only get a little drop of watery semen when I cum. This is a recent thing. How do I cummax? I know every says zinc but are there exercises I can do?

Obviously you must drink lots of water and not cumming for like 2-7 days helps.
Zinc and Lecithin make biggest difference in my opinion. If taking zinc long term also take copper at a different time of day.
A lot of other things may help but arent so noticeable like vitamin D, magnesium and selenium.

Sitting too much and not stretching the psoas muscle can reduce blood to the testicles.
This is usually not dramatized in any way. You would never have such reduction it would be tangibly noticeable to you as the discomfort would cause you to want to move your leg or change positions. Providing blood to the testicle.

The secret ingredient is Muxinex.
Yes, youu need the basic stack of Zinc, Lecithin, and adequate hydration to get your volume up.
But IMO, to really shoot ropes with any consistency you need to add Muxcinex. It thins out your semen which increases perceived volume and makes ejaculation more forceful.

99% of it is just adjusting magnesium levels because the kidneys require magnesium for reuptake of electrolytes.
increase magnesium in diet even slightly nearly all electrolytes and minerals increase.
I think the only exception is iron and that can be negated by taking magnesium glycinate, which is absorbed differently.
i digress, most nutritional deficiencies are caused by low magnesium as its the limiting micro in diets now days.
