Oi cunts.

I dislocated mi cunt while whacking mi old lady up the shitter.
It's been in the rag for 4 weeks, butchers say I'll have to start remahabilitation soon, to straighten them shoulder ligaments or someshit, to make sure the cunt wont pop out again. It's looser than a Shanghai hooker now, they say.

I'm googlyn me some to find decent ones, but maybe ye cunts have some experience on the matter.

g'day.

One dislocated shoulder is not like the other. Get a good diagnosis on yours. Also take rehab easy

I know that.

Crikey! S-tier 'roo-land slang, m8. Some of the weird pepetides that Burgerstan just unb& probably help, but boron also helps with ligament and tendon regeneration without sourcing weird Chinese wog vials.

how much range of motion do you have back? i dislocated mine about 6 weeks ago and at first just concentrated on scapular retractions and doing some lame kinda pendulum circle shit without relaxing the joint entirely to make it feel less stiff after being in a sling for 3 weeks

it hasn't really felt 'unstable' at all so idk how to relate to that which i kept reading about all the time

i did that for about a week and then started doing all kinds of banded physio style exercises

Is it your first time dislocating it? Did you do the the MRI? You need to check if you got labral tearing. If it did you might want to do correction surgery, as otherwise your next dislocation might be much easier..
Ask if you want to know more on something specific.

First post, long time lurker. I dislocated my shoulder in October of last year at a pickleball game with some business partners. I went to the ER, got it put back in place, and had to go to the ortho. Issue: before I dislocated my shoulder, it was already clicking everytime I rotated it, presumably from overlifting on shoulder press. After dislocating, I stopped lifting for 1-2 months, and the clicking mostly went away. I started getting back into bench slowly, avoiding shoulder press entirely and doing recovery exercises, but the clicking is now back at the same level, maybe even worse than it was. Anyone got experience or ideas on what to do? All advice I see online is useless bullshit, physical therapy in my area is all staffed by college interns or q anon boomers who have no idea what they are talking about, and orthopedic doctor is hard to get an appointment with + is always in a rush. Advice appreciated.

From what I've seen, and in my own experience with shoulder bullshit, the cause and solution are always rotator cuff damage/weakness and lack of warming up.
I'm sure some physio can say, no, it's something else, but people need practical solutions.
So there has to be a baseline of high rep shoulder exercises with low or even zero weight to make sure all the tiny muscles are in the best shape. possible. That also means doing stuff that doesn't build larger muscles at all, like various internal and external rotations that will look stupid.
Also 10+ minutes of cardio followed by stretching should be done 100% of the time before straining the shoulders.

Cunt go get a fucking MRI and see if you've torn your labrum. That's what got me a few fucking years ago. Had to have the whole cunt stapled back on. I was out of commission for 8 cunting months. Better to fix it and move on than just going easy on it.

I'm really sorry for you bro

>Cunt go get a fucking MRI
I know, I should, docs say that too, sadly I don't know if I'll be able too, because I have screws in my knee. I have to go to the hospital and check the documentation if they are MRI-friendly or not.
