Whole body pump
fbwXsplit in one workout
why I mean by this you train whole body legs, arms, chest, core in one workout but using machines and dumbells now compound movements. Very high reps 20-50 range. low weight starting from the lightest dumbbells to the heaviest. Adding weight every set range reps stays the same until the last set in which you max out reps till failure
anyone tried such monster workout? inb4 crossfit. No retarded exercises, your usual split workout exercises but in single workout and changed rep range and weights.
for pump, shredded muscles and popping veins. Thoughts?
