I had torpedo tits since puberty too, so for ~15 years and the shame that comes from that fact feels entirely crippling during summer months. However, since I am stupid and retarded I never did anything about it. Not because of money, I make good money, but the idea of removing my shirt was almost petrifying. Not having to leave my cave also helped with avoiding reality for so long.

Still, finally after so much time I have my first appointment next week with a surgeon and some time later I will have it removed. My only issue is that I am a fat fuck and this might complicate the procedure but we'll see what the doctor says. I am determined.

I need to have this done, overweight or not because the mental stress caused by my health issues like that is fucking with my gains and weight loss. Everything goes well and then I rebound into these maniac depressive episodes when I ruin all my progress and I need a lifestyle change or things won't change at all. I think its been 7 years at this point when I am going -25kg / +25kg in a span of a year and I am pretty tired of myself.

The only caveat is your surgeon has to be skilled at creating a structure under the nipple to hold it up without the gland tissue, otherwise you have concave nipples. Good surgeons will create a structure with surrounding tissue and sutures, which will heal into a normal, flat structure like any other on your chest.
