A couple times a year.

Mile? 5:58 at my best these days. I've never been good at the mile or short distance.

What are people's 10k times? These days I'm running at about 55 minutes for general fitness and my fastest, under ideal preparation, is 48.

I run 40 miles a week. I'm not optimizing it, just 5 times a week the same loop, but I don't care. I do it to destress after work and stay in shape. Any advice on how I should improve, though, I'm willing to hear.

The only time I have ever run a mile was back in school for the end of the year gym test.

>8 miles per running day
Make use of that cardio and get into a martial art. That's my suggestion.

Over 5 under 6 never ran it on a level track and it's hilly around here. About every 3rd day, jog to the gym just shy of 3 miles and back afterwards.

My mile time is terrible, but I'm not a runner. I care more about bodybuilding; I just dont neglect cardio.
I run between 13 to 15 miles a week. I should improve as I continue to cut.

why do you need a car if you are fit enough to run 5 miles every day?

My best mile time is a 6:10. I mostly do marathon training. Hoping to do a 3:25 this spring and a 3:10 in the fall.

I’ve never tried racing just one mile but I’m sure it’s well under 6 minutes and probably close to 5. I run every day for a shitload of volume
>>
it's 6:01 but I never really attempted to do the mile. Probably wouldn't be much faster without training speed more though.

My 10k is 42 mins, did a sorta tempo or maybe threshold ish run where the 10k was 44 today.

I have been running for like 9 months now but winter has been tough, I think I have run out of vitamin d or something and my training was just kinda plateauing because i didn't really increase effort much at some point so i just got more efficient at running the same speed. Hoping to get back on track again with better weather so I am not spending most of my runs just warming up.

I think i kinda average like 20km per week. Probably gonna up the mileage a bit to like 30 because especially my 7km runs don't really do much anymore.

I actually used to do Taekwon Do (in a McDojo) when I was a teenager. We actually did sparring in our McDojo though, so it wasn't all faggotry. They made me spar with the adults because I am big.

Which martial arts do you have in mind? I, unfortunately, need my head for thinking for my job so can't get bopped in the head too regularly (despite the fact that I think boxing is kino).

If you can't drive then women won't like you. You care about that on some level since you post clips of 3D women.
