using camera tricks throughout the whole series or hiring shorter actors was maybe not feasible, but they could have given him lifts or something and used camera tricks only when he was beside other taller than average actors. Getting a huge guy would have been hard, both Thor and the Dutch Giant are shit actors so not a good pick for a protagonist role
