what's a good exercise to keep my muscles active while I fast?
I'm done bulking and I plan on fasting 5 days a week and refeeding on the weekends but usually when I fast for that long I really become a couch potato even with electrolyte juice I am completely unable to exercise
maybe jogging would work? it's really rainy where I live in this season so if there were some indoor cardio alternatives it would be nice
usually I do HIIT to do cardio when it's too rainy but it's too intense in a fasted state
making a thread because I see the /fast/ general is gone

I really can't do it it's too straining to do on an empty stomach my muscles are too weak
I usually do PPL calisthenic routine supplemented with running on rest days
