Additionally our natural diet may not be the most optimal for our unnatural environment
Since longevity is really not a big factor in evolutionary pressure as most would have their children at 15-30

From then on we can conclude that unnatural diets that have been researched to produce good results, may very well have a better effect on longevity and health
