>and as it's erased nothing what u said bot has any meaning whatsoever - simple as that
>it's really easy - pecs are from pull motion like one arm pullups mitbo does, just do the same with rubber as undulating isometric hold

>20 secs one arm, 20 secs other arm, study shoulder and arm positioning
>magnus does it ALWAYS after climbing, and he has awesome pecs, from that :D

>>Can pushups actually grow your chest?
>nope, not in meaningful way, it will deform pecs at best and shorten em hiding whatever grows behind shoulders rolled forward

legs not held down sit-up requires good psoas and abs function, u need to have abs to flex spine and healthy psoas working in that lumbar flexed position

so if u can't do it without legs held down u know u're fucked up, i can :D

It's not as effective. I used tuck my feet under my couch. My quads would be burning and I never felt it in my abs. I've been doing it without and it's much better

yeah it shifts tension from rectus femoris to psoas - lack of support on legs, not abs
for abs lats must be relaxed, abs do not do situps, at all, abs merely tug on ribcage and that's the sensation u will get flexing just abs in mcgill crunch

i do it like this:
assume position for mcgill crunch
flex just abs - u will feel pull down on your ribs towards pelvis, your head will raise and then raise shoulders and elbows and observe legs - they ought to not flex
and u will get sixpac like this, yes all six bricks of abs

so explain yourself bitch bot gpt - what in particular made u delete my posts, with quotations pls :D

Don't be retarded bro. You're pivoting about your ass and most dudes are going to have more mass on their upper body and you need an equal and opposite amount of force from the mass of your legs and some supplemental force to make up the difference to prevent you from rotating about the pivot point where you ass contacts the ground.
