Anything Arnold shouldn't even be taken seriously. He was a jewish small dicked Gay4Pay grifter.

I never saw the logic of it at all. Imagine doing heavy bench press to failure one day and then Tricep isolation the very next day. It’s retarded. And Arnold absolutely was the type to give shit advice on purpose to weaken the competition lol

Depends on volume, one hard set every day is very doable.

I ran a similar split to arnies blueprint natty and broke an FFMI of 25 under 10% bf, past 3/4/5 @ 6'4

Using the arm day for your CNS to recover is a giant high IQ move and then leg day after arm day helps your arm gains
He's not a genius but that split is godtier

Why would tricep work matter if you did the compounds the day before?
It sounds like you don't understand the human body lmao
>>
>>77121742
How did the split look like?
>>

What do you mean? It sounds like you are the one who doesn't understand the human body.

Bench press and tricep isolation both work the triceps retard.

day 1: chest and back
day 2: arms (shoulders, bíceps and triceps)
day 3: legs

repeat

What kind of legs
>>
>>77122309
human legs
>>
>>77121742
Retarded because you’re working out chest and back the same day which will use energy less efficiently than if you just did ppl. Not to mention you’ll be doing shoulders and arms the next day which you already hit the day before with chest and back movements.

What's your split?
>>
>>77121893
any 3 day split it's better to put legs in the 2nd day

sharms, legs, torso

If you do this for a PPL you'll probably progress easier in pull day
>>
>>77121989
Yeah, but the schedule doesn't impede bench progress which is the only reason it would be a problem

If you haven't benched lmao3pl8 under 15% bf, you probably shouldn't be posting here

Matching ones, usually
