I'm eating a lot but fuck man the-day-after just sucks ass. I just want to sleep for 24hrs or something.

You're either very new and haven't adjusted or something is off. Most fatigue without a direct obvious cause is from nutritional deficiencies. Hell, I've known people who thought that had clinical depression when they were just chronically dehydrated, no shit.
