No, it comes from your hair. Slicked back is the easiest way to go, but there's plenty of options.
Rockabilly attire also helps. Start small, think bowling shirts, then work your way up to more ornate designs.

fuck me, might as well get an affinity, change the pickups and work on the neck myself
I got some cheap guitar tools (like fret polisher and a file that can also file down the fret board) off temu that I tried on an old strat I bought for 80€ 20 years ago and it works really good, actually

this little fella is the biggest revelation to my gearfagging i think ive ever had
everything sounds amazing in it, been using 4CM and using this as both a pedalboard replacement or as a preamp and the boogie as a power
essentially just turned my old boogie into a 50 channel amp and sounds just as good as those really expensive multifx units ive had before

Rickenbacker came, I’m excited to goof off with Rick-O-Sound
>>
>>
>>
>>
>>129530772
Bridge definitely has the Rickenbacker sound, neck sounds very P90ish in the neck. Middle position is really great, especially with the fifth knob which essentially acts as a blender to add or remove neck pickup. This is the first time I’ve turned an amp on in a month, feels good to be playing again

Very nice
how’s the stereo output thing?
>>
>>129531265
I haven’t messed with it yet, I want to get a feel for it regular first. The seller sent me a cable for it though so I don’t need to buy one. I want to fool around with the bridge with dirt though one amp and the neck clean though another, or just fool around with different configurations of pedals though each amp. It’s just something that has loads of possibilities and I feel would be easier and less overwhelming when I spend some time with the guitar normally to learn it and how it behaves with different pedals and amps

The vocas are usually
>Acoustic guitar, babby learned how to take fingers out of barre chords and add fluff notes
>Punk power chords spammed with no regard for tone or accuracy
>Mediocre shredding, everyone just learned how many notes they can possibly hit in a single bar and they have to do it every single measure regardless of what the music calls for.
>Really bad covers, intentionally bad

This is the patrician’s choice Rickenbacker. Any of the hollow bodies and people think you’re a Beatles, Byrds, or Petty fanboy. This model is still pure Rickenbacker but doesn’t have the obligatory “Rickenbacker? You just love [insert one of many guitarists who play a 330/360].”

Yeah I know, hardtail strats are too damn rare. I guess I'd prefer it hardtail for the simplicity and without the bother of decking it. My benton for example couldn't be decked because the post holes weren't deep enough and it was mega annoying making a right sized piece of wood to block it.
Truthfully I just need a comfy to play while standing guitar with 25.5 inch scale and the (super)strat seems like the best option for it.

Bros I want to get a Novo so bad. I played one at a local guitar shop last year and I can't stop thinking about it. Literally the most resonant, lightweight body I've ever felt, and the neck and fretboard finishing was flawless. I own a really nice custom shop ES-335 with Ron Ellis pickups. Should I sell that for one of these?

You guys are all crybabies. "Why won't they make the exact guitar I want off the shelf for less than market value???"
The beauty of Fenders is their modularity. Buy the Squier with the body shape you want and then choose everything else aftermarket- neck, hardware, electronics- and put it together. Way cheaper than new Fender prices and you get exactly what you want, even if you have to pay the local shop to do the assembly you can't do yourself (I personally can't see well enough to be soldering tiny little wires, so I pay someone to do it for me.)
And I hope to god no one comes in here talking about "muh tonewoods." The wood of the body is the least important part of the sound. It's an electric guitar, not an acoustic. The most important part of the sound is the player. Git gud and get a partscaster.
I have two- a Squier Classic Vibes bound tobacco burst body with an All Parts Les Paul style chunky neck, brass compensated saddles, and the electronics and pickups from a Baja Tele.
The other is a black Squier Vintage Modified '72 Tele Deluxe body with the neck from the Baja, Gotoh modern bridge and saddles, and Lollar Regal pickups.
They are exactly what I want them to be.

>How the fuck do I get prescribed adderal
I'm on concerta which is basically slow-release Ritalin that lasts all day, it's the bees knees. i was diagnosed a few years ago with adhd and OCD, my main symptom was emotional rumination which flagged my therapist to diagnose me. Took a bit with my psychiatrist to get on the right meds. Even with insurance this is expensive, though. You'll probably pay at least a grand just in visits and then you need to do follow up visits every few months.

I wouldn’t unless you’re planning on replacing the vibrato unit. The Squier offset vibrato unit will drive you crazy. Once you factor in the cost of replacing the vibrato you can get like a Vintera instead.
