Beat 'em up where (excited) Baiser, Alice, and Leber go through some quasi-canon adventure. Probably involving international magical girls or some situation like Loco Souls.
Leo and Loco have shmup sections that could be rail shooters but they're restrained by whatever caused the situation.
And like all good beat 'em ups, there's unlockable characters. Roboko, Leo (SAF), Tres Magia with Verita!Sulfur doing the shooting section, Shio-chans, and Vena, Gigant, and Vatz being secret unlocks.

If it did well enough for an expac/dlc, I'd spin an alternate take where it's Tres Magia being grabbed instead of Baiser&Co. that'd include deeper La Verita support making up another round of characters alongside the story

Well, the cliche anime fighting game style (ex. Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm) is probably most fitting. But I'm not really a fan of that. So maybe just a turn-based card battler.
