Not who youre hoping for, but generally its a matter of patience and and learning to dodge nspear stun consistently or at the least get better at baiting it out.
Sometimes that shit just hits you across the map and thats just something you gotta smile at and move on from.
Other than that, the better you get at parrying stray beams or using soaring to punish t6 stored beams the better youll have it.
After awhile you can force them to play on your terms to approach you, instead of you having to approach them, but the spear is very helpful to break through their pressure cause of its on demand tenacity+gap closing, if you have qi restore on parry from divine roulette the match up will go even better.

The real challenge comes from catching your opponent first, and then maintaining that catch via a combo which still requires input.
The real flaw in WWM PvP is that some weapons are just much much much better at catching and keeping up combos with little counterplay (like HQ/Nameless Sword/Strat/Fan) than others.
Especially since serene breeze doesn't stagger out of tenacity (it 10000% should).
Blocking in neutral should also be greatly nerfed, or at least the divine counter spear hitbox.
I think the game would feel and play much better if they reduced the trigger time of automatic serene breeze from 10 to 7 seconds.
It would make it much harder for many weapons to 100-0 you and introduce a lot more chances for everyone involved to settle the score.
Also, second life Qi core should cast serene breeze that doesn't stun but gives you tenacity for .5 seconds and replenishes half your Qi or something.
