That's the best physical Rossi team currently I think. Provided Rossi is your controlled operator. You want 100% uptime on combustion and do as many FAST hits with Rossi as possible to trigger her talent frequently. Also build her with as much crit rate as you can.

I doubt Rossi alone builds enough vulnerability stacks to handle both Breach and Crush reliably, but that remains to be seen. If push comes to shove I'd replace Endmin or Pog with Ardelia/Lifeng for phys susceptibility.

My tinfoil hat two cents is that whatever team Rossi ends up in, you'll end up *not* using some small aspect of her kit by design. The idea instead is these give you options for where Rossi's damage output gets funnelled into different parts of her kit depending on who she's with. And if you build and play your cards right, the hybrid teams could end up outputting damage on par if not better than the mono teams. Stuff like having Gilberta's ult purely to line up burst windows with Rossi's ult, while using the fast vulnerability cycles to output max stack Crushes back-to-back as the other half of your damage strategy. Depending on how the numbers end up, this could be pretty good, it just means your damage strategy is split between two sources rather than unga bunga funnelling everything into one

Not sure what 35 pity strat you're referring to, but if it's what i'm thinking it has nothing to do with urgent recruitment.

It's just a recommendation to try and get your pity in that range before a banner if possible. That way you're potentially able to get 2 6stars before you hit the 120 guarantee if you lose all your 50/50s. Vs a scenario where you reach the guarantee very deep into the 80 pity, and it double dips and resets your progress on both.

It's free 10 rolls most of the time. Consider the scenario where you throw an extra 10 on top of login+shop tickets to reach 30, and then next banner you win the 50/50 before the guarantee. In this case, it doesn't matter whether you used those 10 rolls on the previous or the current banner, you would've had to build that pity somewhere regardless.

The only scenario it loses you rolls is if you need to go all the way to 120 on the next banner. If you were doomed to need 120 rolls on your banner of choice from the start, then those extra 10 you spent before it were wasted (though it does give you fractionally more 50/50 loss 6*s on the way to the guarantee).
