meaning what exactly? enemy tiers are limited by the existence of enemy types. Enemy levels don't simply scale, they exist on a set leveled list. If your dungeon has a hard/very hard enemy spawn it rounds up to the next highest enemy. If no enemy exists on the leveled list that would be exactly 1.5x your character's level it will go to the next highest one. The mod is working exactly as intended. The only way you could make it work in the way you are probably thinking would be to add another mod that increases the amount of enemies per level tier.

Could anyone please suggest mods to enable an MMO healer playstyle? My intention is to pay hirelings to fight for me with permadeath for them and it's my job to keep them alive. I'd like to do it with named followers but it seems a bit rough if I screw up and he actually does die. Anything else to aid a mostly pacifist deep restoration build is welcome. I'm using Gods and Worship and Vokriinator Black

Do you have an enchanting mod already? Summermyst has a few things like taunts and area passive heals on equipment which I don't remember being in thaumaturge
If you get the thing that lets you give potions to followers I know apothecary has stuff like reflect damage spells which would help with some of the scaling

I personally like the combination of mods that turns ward into a 360 bubble and lets you cast it on others with a 10s duration. The bubble itself has a durability bar that takes a second or two to fill up on cast so you cant just spam it on someone that is actively getting hit.

Been doing that exact playstyle for a little bit now with Teldryn Sero and it's a lot of fun. Really not all that hard to accomplish, either.

There are a few really good AOE healing spells in Natura. Enai made a bunch of good AOE spells too in both Apocalypse and Triumvirate. The majority of my character's spellbook comes from those three mods. In Cosmic Spells (also by Enai) there's a spell called Event Horizon which will put a forcefield around you and followers and anything in the circle that's not allied with you will take decent chip damage.

If you're doing permadeath I also recommend Follower Death and Injury chance as well as a specific tweak for Wildcat which makes injuries last longer. That'll give you a buffer just in case things go wrong (and they will, most of the time because of whatever your follower is doing) so they aren't just dead immediately (unless you get unlucky)

Today I learned that it's not only the priest guy at Wolverine imperial shrine that restocks ingredients as soon as you leave the menu. There's many more.
