And when you kill an enemy in melee you just replenish all the darts and you can infinetly hover around 10% ammo. And there's no way to balance it in a sensible manner. At least I can't see one.
They already nerfed the chem toxin damage but it has fuck all effect on the gun since you can kill shit like specials and elites just as fast. And if they want to lower the TTK on Needler, they have to nerf the chem toxin damage even more but they'd probably have to cut chem toxin damage at max stacks in like half. For the needler to be balanced.
Only boss DPS was nerfed, since bosses are the only enemies who have enough health that you can stack chem toxin to max without killing it instantly. Unlike weaker enemies that have less health that die to toxin from like 2-4 stacks.
