As for some beginner tips: Try to get a matching reactor for your descendant. Chill/fusion for viessa for example. Be sure to use mods in your descendant and guns. Upgrade them if you can. Def is mostly useless, so is shield. Resistances might be useful for some colossi battles early on, but can be taken off afterwards. Get some power ratio for your element, cooldown and stuff. Go for max HP as mainstat on your components early on. Later on you want sets though. Try to get max HP as a substat on your auxiliary. Put on an HP mod. And you should be able to cruise through the game.
They want you in hard mode asap. Once you got some archive shards, check out Anais, the research lady. You can unlock your first ultimate descendant and weapons there. Thunder Cage is a great starter weapon to put some catalysts in. Ultimate Viessa is probably the strongest of the descendants you can craft with archive shards. (Bunny will get buffs next patch, so will probably be stronger then her)
You can check the library where anything in the game drops. It even has a search bar. You can target reward some of the grindy stuff (amorphous materials for example) in this game. Means you will get guaranteed progress to a drop. Hotkey is G, hovering over a reward for a mission. Doesn't work for everything. You unlock up to 4 slots to target stuff with MR.
Check out Eckert at some point. He has some very easy missions to get some of the early stuff. Especially the dog. Huge QoL. Also easy materials to build catalyst every couple days (Catalysts are there to increase your descendant/weapon power, as they allow you to slot in more mods.)

Neir is a good game with good gameplay and has a story to tell, while also having a conventionally attractive protagonist in a skirt. It is a legitimate game first, and then also has a sprinkling of gooner on top because Tarro even said he just likes looking at attractive women. In other words, if you were to completely remove the flattering outfits and 2B was wearing a trash bag, the game would still stand on its own.
This isn't true for something like the average gacha game, where the gameplay is generally pretty shallow and you really are just buying the pixels of the women in most cases. Sure, a few gacha games have invested in having ok gameplay, but generally speaking, if you were to do the same thing with 2B by replacing their outfits with a trash bag, most gacha games would NOT stand on their own.
TFD is right in the middle. I actually do enjoy setting up module pages, reading the unique abilities of guns, thinking of how to maximize my damage, testing slightly different setups to see which is better, etc. TFD actually does have some amount of good gameplay. But on the other hand, I don't think I would have spent 500usd on this game if I didn't have a crush on Viessa and bought all her outfits for her. So TFD is an example of a game that is sort of a legit game, but does lean on the gooner elements as well.

69 mil in 4 minutes doesn't seem very good. I must be doing something wrong. I ran out of mana and had to run around looking for blue cubes to get back to shooting which must be a red flag my build isn't good. I see people floating indefinitely and I also see people just shredding bosses but haven't gotten there yet. She's my second favorite character so I should figure this out.

The Ines, Dia, and Hailey skins are good but there are no good greens in the game. The only good alternate colors are black, and grey. The Ines one is by far the best looking.

Valby's new nurse skin made me feel like a huge slut to the point of being uncomfortable so I had to change the colors. Even though the skin covers her up I just can't wear it with the default colors. Never got that feeling before from any skin not even cn futajams magical girl womb tatoo tramp stamp whore skin.

the fact that ele enhancement damage doesn't scale based off damage affinity type bonus or legion damage feels like a massive oversightsince the equivalent of affinity type is pretty much ele resistance and it fully scales skill damage and legion skill damage fully scales also seems like a relatively simple and reasonable buff to firearms

If you go to the Journal, and then I believe the Library tab, it'll show you all of the resources needed yo research the weapon/character you want. You can mark them, which tracks your progress as well. Generally speaking, each character or weapon will be connected to a certain mission or area you can farm.
You can buy characters and weapons, but gameplay stuff is also earnable, so you don't have to. And you may as well farm instead, since this game is about farming just as much as it's about builds and loadouts and such. So paying to skip the farming is kind of paying to skip part of the reason to play lol. The stuff that's not earnable are generally cosmetics, which I have spent hundreds of dollars on so I'm not says don't spend any money, I'm just saying that you may as well earn the things that are earnable and buy the things that are only buyable.

Am I retard? I use Ines' 3 to build up my meter, her 2 to kill commons and for bosses, hit them with her 4, initiate her 1, unload and then follow up with the 2 but I dont feel like I'm doing great damage? Am I getting the rotation wrong (for bossing, I'm shredding mobs)

I'm trying abyss defiler but his health bar isn't even moving when I shoot him. This build has done fine in other abyss bosses, and I'm also looking at the leaderboard to see what their builds are and mine is like 90% the same. I don't know what's going on
>>569464001 I just play wall crasher Gley build with anti venom in pubs to get carried. This boss is super bullshit and to get good times you need best in slot god roll ancestor mods. I didn't have this problem with any other bosses and was able to kill other bosses in 45 seconds.
