Internal rotation good i get it but can someone knowledgable tl;dr it to me when it comes to bodybuilding specifically (nott other weightlifting practices like pf or oly, just bb)
Johnatan Warren swears by it but i cant see any benefit besides being correctionist, i feel like it's just a way to make bodybuilding more credible than plain chemical warfare

I'm interested in starting sprinting
In high school I entered a sports day race for a laugh with a mate
He pussied out at the last minute so I ran the race by my own, and tried to run like altair does in assassin's creed
I did not win
Turns out video games lied to me and you run faster by swinging your arms high and standing tall instead

no, u look like fucking shit from squat, bench deadlift cause they all promote external rotation overblown adductors and vastus lateralis and gluteus medius and glute max VMO and gastrocnemius literally atrophies, and yes you walk like a fucking duck or penguin as result and it's never gonna change without conscious intervention

>It's really all about preventing non contact knee and ankle injuries and moving optimally.
no bitch bot gpt, you look better and you move faster, cause internal hip roteation is indespensible if you want to propel yourself forward during locomotion
less ankle and knee and hip and lower back injury is not a "fortunate" byproduct - that's how human body was designed to be used
