>interesting political schemes and action >females are all very pretty >cool direction and characters >best married couple ML and FL since Flower of Evil, superhot FL becomes a ride-or-die wife to the ML going on the run and living in poverty and risking her life for him and waiting loyally for him >bonus sexy sillouhetted chameleon dance in the intro title sequence
This drama might be the most criminally underrated ever on kdg.
>>220365978 The Scarecrow is great, Filing for Love is fun and silly, not interested in We Are All Trying Here but have seen good things about it. There's also a couple new things starting this weekend/next week What have you tried?
I finished all the kdramas I was watching. Most recent ones were flower of evil, karma, little women, the glory and doona. I'll have to look for a new drama tomorrow
>>220366182 >One overrated thriller slop show >One romantic slop that is like every other romance slop Wow bro. You nearly got half a decent show between the two of them. Yeah so much to discuss. Dipshit.
God damn these threads have really gone down the shitter eh Not that they were ever good, but at least they weren't a single fucking unhinged faggot talking to himself for 80% of the thread, and Tumblr speak wasn't so prevalent What a shitshow
>>220372550 you don't like kdramas and calling those shows cringe outs you as a western slop tv watcher. stick with the sopranos/mad men/true detective/etc kid. others came to kdramas to escape from those types of shows.
>>220372779 Fuck off dickhead, I meant what I said >>220372833 I've watched all of those shows shitdick. I love how you constantly seethe about Western shows though. They live rent free in your pea brain. And the shows you listed are considered exemplary right across the world so I don't know what the fuck you're using those as criticism. If you said Euphoria, Bridgerton, Stranger Things etc I'd agree. You're just a pleb no matter your shit cunt opinion. Not my fault your brain is geared to slop.
I mean just look at this thread for proof of what I'm saying. Just constant Park Bo-young spam and you commenting on literally everything even when it has nothing to do with you. Tone it down cunt.
I’m tired of other people being wrong about everything. For the past 10 years I’ve been replying to every wrong opinion that I’ve come across, all the inferior low IQ subhuman trash opinions that are occurring every second on this very board. I’m finally going to admit defeat, you’ve won, I can’t keep up with all of your wrong opinions, the inferior media you consume, the inferior world views and philosophical knowledge. I’m better than you. But I can’t take on all of you on individually. I am cautiously planning my next move to let everyone in the world know that they are inferior to me, and that they are wrong and I am right, and I won’t rest until this has been fully addressed. You’ve been warned.
>>220375402 my melties from those days are "good ole days" now? so you are admitting kdg was better back when i posted more. see ive always said i was the good one :-)
>>220372703 >>220370973 The absolute state of this fucking lunatic kek. I rarely check these threads anymore, but every time I do, he seems even more insane. Unfortunately his lunacy is not only confined to /kdg/.
Where the hell is kim ji won? Get to work already lazy fucker. Also >watched price of confession 4/5 >watched in your radiant season 2.5/5 >watching perfect crown iu/5 Its becoming increasingly difficult to find things to watch. Already cleared the top 300 or something... fuck me.
>>220379287 No woman looks better with short hair, but she at least still looks good with it. She had great chingu chemistry with Sejeong in Business Proposal. They should do another drama together.
>>220378694 Yeah she looks like ji-won here, the makeup and lighting in the interview segment look terrible. Think she has lost a lot of weight though.
>>220379864 groomer was robbed. some well deserved wins elsewhere, ryu seung-ryong winning the grand prize for being an absolute chad, im soo-jung in low life, hyun bin in made in korea, yoo seung-mok in mr kim, and you and everything else winning both best drama and screenplay.
Finished Save me. 9/10, again it was 16 eps so it dragged on too long, but the pacing was great and tense althrough out. The dad was maybe the dumbest character I've seen in a kshow so far. Now to figure out what to watch next.
Park Jeong-min won for The Ugly. Well deserved, unfortunately dumb western viewers missed the point of the movie, they thought it was about physical appearance. He even spells out the point in the movie when he screams "I'm a miracle".
>>220380059 >>220380117 wait that's my wife Shin Hyun Been It's alright then, she doesn't care about going no make-up + stupid haircuts, I'm sure she'll survive a red carpet fail
>>220379999 >ryu seung-ryong winning the grand prize I was hoping for this but figured it wasn't likely. Happy to be wrong, he had a great year and was perfect as Mr Kim >hyun bin in made in korea Unexpected but won't complain
>>220380283 I would have had ryu seung-ryong for best actor this year, he was great in mr kim and low life, but if he's winning the grand prize anyway I guess it doesn't really matter.
>>220381065 >she speaks french! Halfway there to marrying her, nice. I hope she'll be okay after today though, you never know with Koreans, they like to kys at the slightest inconvenience
>>220381632 'kay >>220381644 because i cant give these girls the height difference they deserve, so i may as well cheer for a man who can. spectator things.
>>220381804 True I forgot about them, they're fun and well acted. >>220381825 I like that actress but her character is stock villain and her lines terrible.
Watching dramas before they finish airing is so annoying. Have to download a torrent to my seedbox and then download from my seedbox to my local plex server, and do that for every episode instead of just once for the whole season.
Why don't avistaz torrent creators create the season torrent and then just add episodes to them as they're released?
>>220382207 that's not how torrents work all the data has to be there already to complete the hash. also just put plex or jellyfin on your seedbox that way you can stream directly from there.
>>220381883 in vampire lore (Portraits of Delusion) vampires are sired by an older vampire. which means, cannonically, someone scomched on Bae Suzy beautiful neck...
>>220382233 Gemini says it's possible: >Yes, files can be added to a torrent after others have already downloaded it. A torrent's content is defined by its metadata (the .torrent file or magnet link), and the creator can add more files to that set
>also just put plex or jellyfin on your seedbox that way you can stream directly from there.
My plex server at home has a 16TB hard drive. I don't want to pay extra for the seedbox to have comparable storage. Plus I get faster loads and my library is still watchable if my internet goes out. And the seedbox, rapidseedbox which I used to get the avistaz invite years ago, has cleared out my seedbox instance a couple times. That would be disastrous if I didn't have the video files on my own plex server hard drive.
>>220382322 that's just creating a new torrent, if the metadata changes it's not the same torrent. If I download the torrent file that had episodes 1-6 I couldn't use that same torrent to download the new episodes when they're "added".
>>220382351 Then just have the tracker (ie. avistaz) allow the torrent listing to have its torrent updated, then downloaders can just re-add it to their client or update the tracker info on the existing torrent in their client anytime a new episode is added.
>>220382501 that's too cumbersome just download the episodes you're exaggerating how inconvenient it is, set up some automation and you wouldn't even have to think about it.
>>220382207 Why don't you just set up an rss feed + syncthing on your seedbox? Takes maybe 15 minutes and you won't have to download shit manually all the time.
>>220380422 Yeah I thought he had a much higher chance at Best Actor too. Great for him though (and Hyun Bin) It is a sign for me to finally get around to Extreme Job
she quoted our unwritten seoul: “I wanted to tell this to all the deer and hermit crabs in the world: “yesterday is over, tomorrow is yet to come, today is yet unknown. Let’s live today well. Thank you and I love you.”
“I recall the planning intent of our drama, which asked if there’s ever been a time when someone else’s life seemed better than my own. I’ve felt that way too, but I think I only saw the talents others possessed and failed to notice the effort they put in, which I didn’t see as clearly. There were so many times when proving my own worth and purpose at every moment felt so exhausting and overwhelming. In those moments, when I looked around, I saw fellow actors who were doing so well, and it made me not want to fall behind—I wanted to do even better, or perhaps it was a stubborn refusal to lose—that drive pushed me through those days, and I believe it’s what shaped me into who I am today. I want to express my deep respect and heartfelt gratitude to all the many actors who have been my benevolent competitors and, at times, my pacemakers.”
"Ah, this reminds me of the intended message behind our drama. It was about whether you've ever felt that someone else's life seemed better than your own. While my life may look good to someone else, I too have had times when I thought other people's lives seemed better and nicer than mine. I think I was only looking at the talents others possessed, without really seeing the effort behind them.
I've often hated competition, and there were many times when constantly having to prove my worth and usefulness felt so overwhelming and difficult. But in those moments, when I looked beside me, there were actors who were so incredibly good at what they do, and not wanting to fall behind, wanting to do better, perhaps with a stubborn, prickly heart that simply didn't want to lose, the days I spent pushing myself because of that are what have made me who I am today.
I want to first express my deep respect and gratitude to the many actors who sometimes become good-natured rivals for me, and at other times seem to serve as my pacemakers. Thank you.
With Our Unwritten Seoul as well, to be honest, after choosing it out of tremendous ambition, until we actually started filming, there were days I spent every single day worrying and regretting, what confidence and courage did I have to choose this project? Would I really be able to do this well? But whenever that happened, reading the script would give me courage I didn't have. Writer Lee Kang, who wrote such brilliant words I simply couldn't let slip away.
Thank you so much for writing such wonderful words. And I was so happy living as Miji and Mirae. Thank you."
"And whenever I was wandering somewhere between Miji and Mirae during filming, Director Park Shin-woo, who would hold my hand tightly and guide me onto the right path, saying, 'Right now, you're Miji. Right now, you're Mirae'. I'm so very grateful. Even during filming, playing two roles wasn't easy, and I miss so much and am so, so grateful to the staff and actors who worked incredibly hard.
Even though they didn't appear on screen, I'd like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to actress Ji-in and actress Yoo-eun, who worked so hard as body doubles for Miji and Mirae. I believe I was able to carry Miji and Mirae through to the end thanks to the two of them.
To my BH family, who are always by my side supporting me, and to my family whom I love so dearly, who are probably feeling a bit hurt that I've never once mentioned them when receiving an award. Mom, Dad, if there is a next life, I want to be born as your daughter again. Thank you so, so much.
To the fans who always cheer me on, I believe that the work we do has no meaning if there is no one to watch it. I want to sincerely express my gratitude to the viewers and audiences who always watch our projects.
Lastly, to all the deer and hermit crabs of the world, yesterday is over, tomorrow is far away, and today is still unknown. I really want to say: let's live today well. Thank you. And I love you. Thank you."
Boring ass and formulaic Perfect Crown episode, saved at the last minute by IU acting. Tomorrow doesn't look much better. As is often the case in those romcom, the second half lose the comedic aspects to focus on the romance and fake drama. Sadly the comedy was IU forte in the first half, and she's barely in this episode. Still we learned that evil villains are very evil and villainous, I guess that's something.
>>220385544 kek I did too after I posted the pic a couple threads ago, should arrive tomorrow I mean purple + yellow = white? that's genius, probably won't work, but still genius marketing, who wouldn't want to get rid of coffee yellow stains? IU wouldn't scam me right?
>>220385849 It was at my grocery store, so I didn't have to have it shipped. I usually get the one with charcoal for my coffee stains. We'll see if IU's works any better.
>>220386235 the thread always slows to a crawl towards the end because no one wants to post when the thread is going to be over soon anyway and barely anyone will see their post
